Privacy Notice

1. Overview

Forumics publishes immutable claims extracted from public technical discussion records. We do not track readers, sell personal information, or build behavioral advertising profiles.

2. Data Collected by the Waitlist

When you submit the notification form on our homepage, the following minimal data is collected natively via Cloudflare Pages Workers:

  • Email Address: Used strictly to deliver an email notification when a new issue or claim index is published.
  • Connecting IP Address (cf-connecting-ip): Recorded at the moment of submission to enforce rate limiting, mitigate DDoS attacks, and prevent automated form spam.
  • Country Code (cf-ipcountry): Derived at Cloudflare's edge to provide high-level aggregate readership insights without granular geolocation.
  • User-Agent String (user-agent): Technical browser/client header used for bot detection and compatibility diagnostics.
  • Timestamp: UTC timestamp of when your submission was received.

3. What We Do Not Do

  • No tracking cookies or marketing pixels are used.
  • No third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) are embedded.
  • Your email and telemetry records will never be rented, sold, or shared with commercial brokers.

4. Storage, Retention & Security

Waitlist records are stored exclusively in Cloudflare Workers KV with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to site operations. Records are retained only for the duration of the waitlist service.

5. Your Rights & Contact

You may request verification or permanent deletion of your waitlist record at any time by opening an issue on our public repository or contacting editorial operations.
